From concept development to multi-platform content strategies, Klayton works closely with clients to ensure every video supports long-term business goals. He's also the architect of Creation OS—our system for inbound video that turns one shoot day into 90 days of content.
Alisha Linzi | Project Manager
Alisha keeps every project on track at Creation DMC. From scheduling shoot days to managing client communication and delivery timelines, she ensures smooth workflows and stress-free production. With a background in creative coordination and admin, Alisha is the glue behind the scenes—making sure every video goes out on time, on brand, and on budget.
Roman Boswell | Camera Operator & Production
Roman brings energy and precision to every shoot. As our lead camera operator, he captures cinematic visuals for corporate films, adverts, events, and branded content. He’s also a skilled drone pilot and set designer, known for creating natural, visually rich environments that elevate every story.
Alex Trouchkin | Senior Editor & Motion Designer
Alex leads our post-production workflow—from editing and colour grading to motion graphics and sound design. With a sharp eye for narrative structure and brand tone, he turns raw footage into polished, platform-ready video content. Whether it's a 60-second ad or a long-form case study, Alex makes it flow and feel premium.
